Order Form Upload Instructions
Use this portlet to attach your order form and click the blue "Upload" button. Upon uploading, you will be prompted to enter your PIN to verify your account. Once submitted, your order will be processed in our system. Our customer service team will reach out to you with any further questions. Attention Chromebook/Google Sheets Users: We recommend to “Save File as Google Sheets” prior to editing your order form. Once your order is complete, then download as .xlsx format for uploading to this Portlet. Numbers users, we are unable to accept .numbers file at this time. Please consider Excel, Google Sheets, Apache Open Office, or other alternative spreadsheet programs.
